DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT
Not only do we give you personalized service, but we also have all the latest equipment (same diagnostic equipment that the dealer uses), and use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. Why go to the dealer and pay the high price when you can come to us and get the same equipment and better service. We can perform all your Factory Scheduled Maintenance your 15k, 30k, 60k, 90k, 120k to keep your warranty valid. Our warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles and we also offer a shuttle service up to 5 miles in radius.
EXPERIENCE TRUE PERSONALIZED SERVICE
When you take your VW, Audi, Porsche, BMW or Mercedes for service or repairs to any Dealer, many a times a lot gets lost in the translation and the repair items you requested are sometimes overlooked. The service advisor that writes your ticket relays the message to the dispatcher, which in turn relays it to the shop foreman and ultimately to the technician working on your car. At Mike's Foreign Car every item you request gets our complete attention, you deal directly with the owner at every phase of the estimate or repair, nothing gets lost in the translation. Furthermore, no job is deemed complete until Mike himself performs a final inspection and road test.
