Auto repair hero's !!! Found them online and was impressed by the number of positive reviews. Had to find out for myself. We recently bought a 2021 Audi A4. We had a small accident that left the steering well out of alignment, due to the drivers wheel coming a little to close to a wall. The car was pulling hard to the right as a result, and the steering wheel would not center, along with four different sensor and system warnings. I called Mikes to see if this something they could take a look at, of course they suggested I bring the car in for a diagnosis. To be transparent there is a cost associated with the diagnosis, which I was happy to pay based on this mechanics reputation. They discovered that the tie rod end was bent, and this was causing all of the system faults. Took the car in Monday, had it back by Wednesday, at a fraction of what the dealer would have charged me. Clean shop with clear honest communication. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need.
