I took my Audi Q5 to the dealer for an oil change. They changed my oil, but said my engine compartment needed new rivets and I also needed a new battery. Later, I took it to Mike’s European Repair who said my rivets and battery were fine, and I’m still using the same battery 2 plus years after. Recently, my air conditioning stopped working on the driver’s side only. Daniel said they hooked up my car to determine which codes were flagging. None flagged. So Daniel went into my car’s settings and restored them to factory defaults and my air conditioning became fully operational. And, since it didn’t take long to figure out the problem, Daniel refused to allow me to pay a cent. That kind of honesty is golden. I was expecting to pay their diagnostic fee! As a woman, as long as I have a European car, they are my guys because I trust them completely!
