I just had a major service on my 2003, VW Weekender Van: replaced timing chain, transmission fluid replacement, filter, new spark plugs, and numerous other repairs. I just drove up to Leo Carrillo Sate Breach and camped for a few days. The Van ran and operated well. It even seems to get better gas mileage. The repairs were not cheap but it looks like I will be able to enjoy my camper van for another 100k+ miles. The mechanic showed me all of the old parts that were replaced and explained what was done. This shop is making it known that they are reliable, and charging their customers very, very reasonable prizes. Plus they say they have been in bussiness for a long time and that makes a difference. Awesome service! They gave me an accurate estimate and took my car in the day I arrived. Provided updates throughout the service duration and consulted with me before any work was done.
