Mikes Foreign Car Inc. was a reliable source I was referred to from another foreign repair shop for my VW Passat. Owner operates the business and very personable, and professional. I was able to wait for repair to be done and in about a hour I was on my way. Waiting area is very well kept and comfortable. Was surprised that the labor cost were much higher per hour than I expected when I looked at the invoice. After years of searching for a shop that understood modern Vokswagens, we finally found Mike's. The guys at Mike's actually know what a Volkswagen is and how to fix it. You'd be surprised how few shops understand the products of what is one of the world's largest carmakers. For instance, transmissions blow up on Eurovans at about 50,000 miles. Ours lasted 150,000 but when it went, we took it to Mike's. We'll be back when the engine dies in about 40,000 more miles. Hope this place never goes out of business.

I'm a typical car guy / Engineer who does his own automotive repairs, however there are times when I either don't have the time or the resources to do certain repairs. In the times when I needed to have someone else work on either my BMW 328i or my Audi Q5, I've taken them to Mikes. I have tried a couple of other shops in the area, but have always received the answers I was expecting and received the required repairs without any of the occasional BS I experienced with other shops.
