The best and most professional auto-mechanic service I have ever experienced. From the moment I walked in they were friendly, and very professional. No gimmicks! I’m fact, they have a huge sign explaining your rights as a customer & information for the “Auto Bureau” to submit a complaint. I’ve never seen that before at any of the past shops I’d been to. They also protected my seat & flooring. And we’re able to fix my car. Stellar customer service! They are top notch!

I called and was able to take my BMW in and have repairs done the same day. I am guessing this is not the norm as I was due to a cancellation I was able to get my car in. Josh greeted me upon arrival, he was polite and welcoming. I am happy with the service provided, and the estimate and repairs appeared reasonable considering I had the same issue 2 years prior and paid way over the price I paid going to Mike's. Anyway I am happy that I found my forever repair place, come to find out my neighbors son had been taking his foreign car to Mike for many years.

First time at Mike’s Foreign Car, Inc. From the moment I spoke to Josh on the phone about bringing in my 1995 Mercedes Benz E320 to replace a water pump I felt comfortable and confident that they would do a great job at a reasonable cost . They worked quickly and well within my budget. Additionally, their service center is very clean and organized. Hoping I don’t have to have my car serviced too often, but if so, then Mike’s Foreign Car, Inc. is where I’ll be taking my baby.
