We have taken our cars to Mike's for years. We have always been completely satisfied. They offer complete and polite customer service and we have always been very satisfied with the work performed. The shop is very clean. We always get all of our questions answered.

Josh always ensures that he gives clear overview of what is being done, and helps to prioritize based on time and budget. I take all my German cars(VW, Porsche) here and have always been satisfied with the work done.

This Shop is Awesome! I wish that I would have learned about Mike's years ago, as it is difficult to find a competent VW Eurovan specialist. Mike's is friendly, honest, patient and professional. I needed some aftermarket parts from GoWesty installed, as well as some other service items completed on my 1999 CamperVan. Josh, Matt and the rest of the crew did a excellent job and took care of everything. It's a pleasure to see exemplary repairs and services completed at a fair and reasonable price. I also appreciate how they answered my questions and displayed good communication skills. OVERALL is was an EXCELLENT experience and I am elated to find a place like Mike's to return to next time I need repairs or services.

I bought a 66 VW Bus that had to be towed to Mikes a couple times. Can't say enough about the excellent service and their integrity. Josh is great along with the entire staff. Ok, the facility is spotless and they do great work, but the real difference between Mike's and any other well-run repair shop is that Mike's will always do the right thing. It's their integrity that keeps me coming back.
