They're honest and knowledgeable. This is my 2nd VW and they took care of the first one so well, that at 125,000 miles, it still ran like new. I sold it because I needed a bigger car! They know their German cars inside and out.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Mike's for the past 6 years, the in-laws even longer! Although we live in Costa Mesa now, we make the trip to Mike's for all of our service needs. I drive an older car with over 150k miles on it, and I am not a car guy. i have been taken advantage of in the past by my lack of knowledge, however, not at Mike's. Their prices are more than fair, and more importantly, you get honest work done. We have even been turned away when we thought something was wrong, and it wasn't. We won't go anywhere else, and neither should you.
