So pleased to have found a shop that is willing to take the time to resolve / trouble shoot to determine what was wrong with my "dead" car. I had been taking my car to a major chain repair place (F). They were not willing to invest their time to determine what was wrong with my car. Decided to call Mike's because of the positive customer comments and proximity to my home. They said they were busy and it might take a day or two to get to it and that was just fine with me. Called towing service had car towed from (F) to Mike's. At the end of that same day my car was ready to go. Not only did I get a new customer discount they inspected my AC at no charge. Couldn't be happier and will no longer have any repairs done at (F). Thank you so much for getting my BMW back on the road!
