I was referred to Mike's by friends and read many great reviews on Yelp. It was very easy to schedule and appointment and their pre-appointment follow up was impressive. We arrived at our appointment time and Josh was ready for us. The set up and paperwork was very easy. They called with an update and kept us informed during the day. The car was ready when promised. They lived up to their reputation.

I needed an oil change for my Audi A4 and Mike's was recommended to me. I'm sure glad they sent me here. I dropped off my car on a rainy day and they took care of it ASAP. It was priced right and the people were friendly. I'll be back.

I came in yesterday with an emergency... couldn’t get the hatchback to open on my A3.... Josh took the car and fixed a tricky fix in 20 minutes... and clearly they were very busy when I arrived. Very grateful!
