I love Mikes because my Ghia and Van are consistently well taken care of. The prices are fair and Josh is a pleasure to work with. I’ve never had a problem with the customer service or quality of service at Mikes. It’s a nice family run business and that’s what I like too. These are the reasons why I keep coming back. I love this company. Josh is honest and helpful. I can candidly share my concerns about my 2007 A3 and I know I get good advice, no selling or recommending unnecessary service. Prices are way better than the dealer and the waiting room is pleasant. Two of my friends have started using Mike’s based on my recommendation and both are extremely pleased. I’ll miss going here if my next car is not an Audi or VW.
