I called Mike's and was able to speak with Josh whom was ready for my daughter and I to bring my daughter's bug over to the shop first thing that morning. We left the car at the shop, and in no time, Josh called me and said that my daughter's car was ready. He said that he had to replace a broken part that I am not able to recall what it's called. Cherry on top, Josh graciously hand over the keys and said "no charge." Can't get any better than that. 100% customer service! They got our business for life, God willing.

Excellent, super-fast service. They diagnosed my air conditioner's problems, installed a new compressor + other needed parts, all within a few hours.

I always see the positive reviews posted on this page for Mike’s and all of them are 100% true. Originally my parents started going to Mike with their ‘68 beetle. Then when I started driving 16 years ago I took all of my vehicles. 2 hondas and a toyota van. I love that Mike always kept us in the loop of what needed fixing, but also reminded us of repairs that were coming up for next time based on the manufacturers time line. He was never pushy with recommendations, just honest. I never worried about my car dying on the side of the road. Mike also didn’t just care about our cars, but he always asked about the family or how we were doing. We loved taking our cars there and still would be if we had not moved across the country. Also we were so spoiled with the service there that we are having trouble finding such excellent service in our new home town. Mike and Josh and everyone in the shop there are gems and I would highly recommend anyone with a foreign car to hit them up for service.

They're honest and knowledgeable. This is my 2nd VW and they took care of the first one so well, that at 125,000 miles, it still ran like new. I sold it because I needed a bigger car! They know their German cars inside and out.
