We scheduled an appointment online and dropped off the vehicle in the afternoon. He listened, followed up with a call early the next morning and we discussed what needed to be done. The car was ready when he said it would be and the price was half of the quote we received in Cerritos. He also offered us a 10% discount as a first time customer. Found our VW Team!
