They had it good as new and back to me within 24 hours. On top of that, they were very patient and willing to listen to my less-then-expert opinion. 10/10 service all around

I was dealing with an ignition switch problem and Josh at Mike’s was so easy to deal with. I had originally contacted Volkswagen and they were going to charge up to $1000 and told me the job would take 7-10 days. Josh got me in the next day and back in my car the following. Pricing was great and when I got the bill it was exactly as quoted, even a tiny bit less which was even better. I would highly recommend to anyone with a German car and I will be back again 😊
